L’entreprise AEM Rénovation m’avait été conseillée par un ancien client, et je ne peux que confirmer l’excellente réputation de M.Zequiri. Dans un appartement neuf de finitions de grande qualité à Saint-Julien-en-Genevois, avec parquet authentique, il s’agissait de démonter l’ancienne cuisine, pratiquer une ouverture dans la cloison entre cuisine et séjour pour y installer une verrière sur mesure, enlever le papier peint, enlever quelques dérivations électriques disgracieuses, puis peindre avec peinture Farrow & Ball tout l’appartement. La peinture Farrow & Ball demande beaucoup de soin et un respect scrupuleux des procédures. M.Zequiri a fait un calendrier qu’il a respecté scrupuleusement – fait rare pour un artisan. Il a procédé très rapidement après s’être assuré que nous étions d’accord sur tous les points techniques. Je passais voir le chantier régulièrement après la fin de la journée. La protection de tout le chantier était parfaite. L’ouverture dans la cloison était très précise, les détails techniques soignés. M.Zequiri prend la responsabilité d’un travail très bien fait – il en assume le professionnalisme. A la fin du chantier, il a même proposé un service en plus de nettoyage. Je ne peux que recommander très chaleureusement AEM Rénovation, pour la ponctualité, la compréhension technique, le sens de responsabilité, le travail extrêmement soigné.
